Know if you're
switched on,
before you train.

Most readiness tech is built for general fitness. This reads the thing that actually decides your session: your nervous system and your head. Pick where to start.

Private by design. Your data stays on your device. The science

The reflex testHow fast your brain fires to your hand. It's the same idea as the reaction tests used in sleep and fatigue labs.
ConsistencySteady reactions mean a fresh nervous system. When they get jumpy, you're usually tired or short on sleep.
Your readiness scoreOne number from 0 to 100. After a few tests it learns your normal, then shows when you're above or below it.
The profileBuilt on athlete-monitoring research used by sports scientists. Reworded so you don't need a degree to read it.

Built by an exercise scientist. Not medical advice. Your scores and answers never leave your phone. We count anonymous totals only (like how many people took the test today), never who or how fast.

Question 1 of 12
Reflex test

Reflex check.

Tap the instant the screen flashes green. Red is a trap, don't tap. 6 rounds, random timing, so the number is real. Your speed shows how switched-on your nervous system is today.

How long ago did you wake up? optional
Caffeine or pre-workout in the last 2 hours? optional
Your age optional · makes your score fairer

When the pad flashes green, tap fast. Don't jump early. The questions above just help us read your score, skip them if you want.

What these four mean

Activation — how you handle nerves and adrenaline before a big effort. Do they fire you up or eat you up.

🎯 Focus — staying locked in mid-session, and how fast you snap back when your head drifts.

🛡️ Resilience — how quickly you reset after a bad rep, a bad session, or a loss.

🔥 Drive — what keeps you showing up on the days motivation doesn't.

Why this exists

I'm an exercise science student, a fighter, and someone who trains. Mental performance coaching is locked behind price tags most athletes can't touch, so the people grinding hardest get the least support for the part that breaks first: the mind.

Wired to Perform is my attempt to put a real readiness tool in any athlete's pocket for free. No login, no data harvesting, no paywall on the core. Built for fighters first, but it works for anyone who trains hard, lifters, runners, ballers, field athletes.

If it's helped you and you want to chip in, it keeps the tool free for the next person and helps me build it out. Totally optional. Using it and telling another athlete helps just as much.
